Dion van Rijt
My name is Dion van Rijt — a multidisciplinary illusionist dedicated to inventing, designing, and building original magic tricks and illusions. To me, the art of magic is rooted in creation. Relying on repeated material is not only harmful to the art form, but also detrimental to the performer.
Years ago, I won multiple awards in magic competitions. But more importantly, it’s the originality of my self-created shows that continues to take me around the world to this day.
When I’m not on stage, I’m usually in my workshop — fully immersed in crafting new, never-before-seen illusions. With my creative mind running at a thousand miles an hour, the time has come to share my knowledge and help!
